In the question session we had here on the blog, there came many questions that it was best to get ahead in Home & Cottage to answer. You now have seen purchaser Hanne answer questions within her field of expertise, operations manager Roar to answer a good number of questions in a new video coming early next week - but first of all we would like to answer some of what we are asked most frequently about on the blog and on our facebook page; When it comes shop here? (You have mentioned everything from Tromsø, Trondheim, Alesund, Østfold, Oslo and many other places) Why did not you shop? Why did not complete product catalog with prices? These three questions are actually well together in terms of what the answer is and why we collect it in this post. First, we will emphasize that we are incredibly grateful and humble for giving us such strong ferre feedback that you wish us to develop, develop our products and that you would like us to expand our chain. We see it as a great compliment that many of you sending us suggestions for premises you can acquire, many want to start up shops for us - and many want us to be able to send all goods to where you live. So to answer; Although we have noted that some readers here believe there is no excuse, it's nonetheless true; Home & Cottage ferre is even a relatively ferre young brand. As described in the post about delivery and complaint we received, we have challenges in areas of our business that we think works completely optimally yet. We have switched to a new computer system, and hopefully it will lead to a great improvement in this area, but there are still many customers waiting too long on their products, there are customers who do not feel they get the service they deserve when they come into in our stores - because our employee ferre is busy unpacking many pallets of goods that have just arrived and still there are customers who call for items they think we should ferre have had in our assortment, but we have not gotten into ordered. So we have challenges we work with. And one would wish to establish several shops, establish commerce or hold a product catalog with prices constantly updated (we have extremely large vareutskiftlig compared to that we want to be early with new trends and correct goods in this respect), so this will require much of our organization. We therefore believe this is not correct priority for the moment. We must go stages in the correct order. We must learn to crawl, walk and småjogge - before we can run, we believe is the way to do it and we feel we are well underway so far! But we want you there outlines, of course - and we are very, very grateful that you want us further and forward! When we are on the right path, there we are convinced! Heisan fight fun with answers:-) I think that certainly others have said before me that you need to sharpen you a bit on delivery times and monitoring of customers. Have ordered chairs in January as I was told that came after three weeks .... so prone to week 11, but alas when bvkommer they not until May / June appears ferre this is little more than had it not been for that I saw fervently want these chairs so I had canceled and bought some others. Hey, would an eventual independent store destroy the market for established stores around the country? It's difficult enough to operate profitably as it is. Then it should in this case been a centralized web solution that waved net sales to the nearest store so sales were distributed around. Freight Agreements are unproblematic across the country. Hello. Bought former two blankets branded ferre lama of you, but these were incredibly ferre Structured and ugly shortly after. Was H & C yesterday and got new, super this. But do not want anymore and retain them, in that the same can happen with these as they last. So I have the opportunity to get their money back? The total is 1998 - then the little money we are talking about. On receipt it says
